Stick with OEM. If they're out of stock, I'd go with Denso as an alternate.
Stay far, far away from any reman units. When I was running a shop, we'd see remans often come back within a year. From any of the suppliers (I think they all buy from the same foreign networks now).
My factory starter made it 450,000 miles, at which point I preemptively replaced it with another OEM starter.
Also, are you sure yours is bad? The two started solenoids can go bad. The fender solenoid is somewhat common. Mine lasts ~100,000 each. The started-mounted solenoid lasted me 3x that time.
