Nothing but good things to say about my Hensley. I've used it with 3 different trailers and 2 trucks. Always stable and no sway. You will still feel large passing trucks, there's no way to rid that completely, even big rigs can get blown around by that. The difference is that the truck and trailer will move in a line as one.
