Our last TT was a 32' Komfort towed behind a '99 F250 V10 Ext Cab, SRW, short bed pickup. The TT would fishtail terribly and reacted to every truck or side wind. White knuckle drive was to say the least. We watched a video on the Hensley and with the money back guarantee, we went for it. DH installed it and even made a special hitch to be used when we had to leave the TT at the dealers and not remove the hitch completely. We purchased the special helper's kit so that we could hitch up easier. As others have said, hitching takes practice, you have to pretty much be dead on, but the hitch helper helped a lot. As for was it worth it? YES, ABSOLUTELY YES. No more sway, no more white knuckle, no more being pushed around by passing trucks or side winds. We loved the product so much that when we went to a fifth wheel, we traded in the Hensley Arrow for the Hensley TrailerSaver BD3. Again, another expensive hitch worth every penny.
