EZ lube seals are not like Bearing Buddies that are found on boat trailers. I have never seen EZ lube seals on a boat trailer.

My travel trailer and boat trailer both have the EZ lubes with the zerk fitting on the end of the spindle. This fitting channels the grease to the back of the spindle near the seal and pushes through the bearings. I pack all bearings by hand for both trailers, but only fill the hub with grease with the zerk on the boat trailer. I never use the zerk on my travel trailer.
