When using a P tire on a truck its load capacity is required by fed regs to be derated by 10 percent.
Example would be the 2833 lb XL will be rated at 2550 lbs after reducing the required 10 percent. IMO this would still be plenty of capacity for your trucks rear axle load requirements.
