That 6.7 will pull that 2014 Cougar 327 RES, far better than the GM 8.1 and even without DEF, the mileage will be much better.
I pull a 5er with a slightly lighter Dry weight, but a higher GVWR, with an 01 Ram with less than 300 Hp, and don't slow down for hills. I would be surprised if it popped out of OD, except on the steeper grades.
