There was a post about def on here about Month ago. The one year was at about room temp. As the temperature goes down, the longevity goes up. If memory serves me correctly it will least for several years once the temp gets down into the fifties. Because the truck stops store it in under ground tanks and use lots of it that seems to be the best place to buy it. JMO
