With the double OD's of the Aisin I wouldn't hesitate 1 second to get the 4.10's, but I would personally think twice about the 3.42's. Yes the 3.42's will do a better job empty, but the 4.10's do better loaded. The 4.10's will not really show you any worse mileage empty, but you should do better on fuel when loaded.
Lots of people tow very heavy with 3.42's, but if you are buying a DRW Aisin why stop at 3.42's??
With 3.42's at 75 you would be doing 1750 rpms, and with 4.10's 2100. The mileage at 75 will be more effected by airflow than rpms.
At the very least consider 3.73's.
At 104 mph you will be turning 2,300rpm. That is where my truck speed limiter kicks in. Smooth as silk and still quiet at that speed!
