I am a HUGE fan of NL's but I would stay away from this one unless you are planning to do what could be a lot of work (see below). Too many problems that could each be a real pain to fix and repair the unseen issues.
That being said if they are selling for under $5000 it could be a good fixer upper if all the appliances and shell are in good shape and you want to do the work.
