Sounds like a search I just went through looking for trim for my old trailer- it's called "screwcover" and comes in various shapes/sizes/colors. Here's a link to some: link.

I tracked mine down, still available online, but at the last minute went down to my local old-time RV shop and found some on his shelves! Got it cheaper than buying over the 'net, too.
