As one poster already said, it's to early to tell if some major problems were fixed on the 2013 6.7 diesel.
Here is a TSB that tells me Ford is still having valve problems with the 2013 6.7's. Clicky

Turbo problems.

HPFP problems.

Blown engines.
More blown engines.
Radiator leaking.
More leaking radiators.
These are the common problems. Are they fixed for 2013? Who knows? The TSB shows including 2013 valve problems so that goes to this year.
