If you're one to follow the GVWR limits, "Yes" for the truck, the as-weighed front axle plus as-weighed rear axle should be at or less than GVWR.
You didn't ask, but since I like to follow the ratings, I always added front / rear / trailer axle weights to see if I was under the GCVWR. - BB_TXNomadCorrect. AND, the rear axle weight should not exceed the RAWR (rear axle weight rating).
