The models we are looking at have a dry bath, the R-pod 180 and the others are the same. The awning is not that important as we rarely use the one on our camper, but it is standard with the Hummingbird and the Winnie drop. I will check out the ascend.
I forgot that Jayco has the two year deal and I like that. It is down to which company has the best record for quality.
