R001 Replacement keys

If you chose the exact replacement then they should have fit in and turn smoothly. Are you sure that you got an exact match? Perhaps check with your dealer as they should go into the latch with ease. About the only thing you could try is some graphite powder available at home stores. Dont use wd40 etc as that will gum them up badly.
