Hummmm....I've worn out several sets of Cooper Discoverer HT over the years and never had a bit of problems with any of them. Techs OFTEN kind of make up a name for something because customers want a name for their problem. IN this case it sounds like he invented a new name for a tire wearing unevenly :)
