The only differences are that the 15s have power folding trailer mirrors, the 14s are manual flip type. There are also a couple new paint color available in 2015.
The Ram 3500 pickup with the 6.4 liter Hemi V8 engine gained 100 pounds in its gross vehicle weight, increased to 13,800 pounds. Unlike the competition, Ram rates their payload including radio, console, and bumpers.
That's about all I found.
There is no significant changes 2014 to 2015 that would make a person want to buy one over the other - like the ones you mention (chassis, axles, engine, etc.).
