No difference in the mechanicals and very little if any in the cosmetics. The big difference happened between the 2500 trucks from 12-13 and 13-14 model years. Note that 3500s are a little different.
2013 - change over to use of def.. updated HP ratings, torque now at 800lbs (like 2012 high output version) chassis was carry over 2012 3500 chassis still had leaf springs on 2500. (Essentially a 2013 2500 is what a 2012 3500 was with minor differences)
2014 - change frame, front end and add coil over multi-link springs in the back. Also available with auto-leveling air bag suspension. Also different wheels from 2013.
2015 - no change
The 3500s moved to the new frame in 2013 and still use leaf springs in the back.
