Yeah, there is no way an HD 2500 with coils rides like a Cadillac. Someone needs to lay off their favorite brand's marketing kool-aide if that is what they believe. I know Ram engineers like to advertise that it makes a night and day difference in smoothness, but that doesn't mean it really does. The coils are smoother(and more stable with less sway according to my brother when comparing his 2014 2500 to his 2012 F350), but it is not a night and day difference and it definitely doesn't ride like a Cadillac.
Heck, even Cummins is guilty of that in the past when they say they have "upgraded" something, but all they did was either change suppliers or altered computer programming and no mechanical specs were altered. I am not picking on Ram or Cummins either because all manufacturers do it. It is their marketing department's job to spin words and sell you on their product.
