FWIW, I'd also see if you can get the grill cover...helps immensely with helping the engine warm up to initial temp and helps build up enough heat in the coolant to warm the cab just that much faster.
....and it is really nice when you'll encounter freezing rain, heavy snow, and blowing dry snow all in the space of 48 hours (such as Los Anchorage over the past little bit).
