If I had not ordered the cold weather option on my truck and later looked for the heater cord to find it not there and then read my manual that states....
"The engine block heater cord is routed under the hood to the right side and can be located just behind the grille near the headlamp."
I would have contacted my dealer and Chrysler about this! They would have installed a new cord for me!!!
BTW both of my 98's came from the factory WITH the cords installed.
