A Word about the RAM Customer Service.
So far it has been outstanding. While I was on my way from Tucson the other day I got a call from the same young man who I originally talked to following up on what had happened. I told him that I wouldn't know until later Monday after the dealer had finished my truck. He said he will check again on Monday.
My experience with RAM/FCA both with this truck and my previous one both in Warranty terms and Customer Service has been exceptional...I just wish all of the dealers were so good. Through my travels and using several different dealers in widely different areas of the country, from the DISASTROUS Dealer in Imperial California to the Brilliant dealer I bought this truck from in the tiny town of Brookings Oregon to the Shysters in Grand Forks ND it has been mixed for sure.
