For the OP.....prolly already thought of this, but (being as I grew up in the "old, cold Alaska", given the possibility of -30 or colder on the way, a battery blanket and oil pan heater might be worth the time/$$.
...and again, prolly have this covered, but double check the antifreeze is mixed for -50 or colder just has a precaution.
