Quiet a few mountainous curvy secondary roads I have towed on in NC, VA, TN and WV have plenty of roads with some steep, winding cut backs in the roads and are actually easier to slow down on then a 1 mile, or longer down hill 7% grade as on I64 New River Gorge section in WV, just to give one example....I'll be in T/H, EB on aggressive and start this type of descent at 55 mph in cruise and truck normally does the rest, whereas, speed limits on secondary roads can vary between 35-55 mph and it's uncommon, where I tow on secondary roads in above states mentioned, to have a downhill straight stretch long enough to build up enough speed to not be able to control it.
