Why not? I don't see anyone making claims about the Ram being made in the USA. We all know what it is, and where the components are made, and where they're assembled.
But when Mom hands me a big 'ol Apple Pie with a "Made in the USA" sticker on pie pan, I don't expect to find a jalapeno in it! I might feel slightly misled!
Frankly, if you're going to end up with a jalapeno, you might as well just order the burrito that's honest about it's ingredients! :B
That said, as I mentioned in another thread... where it's made really is of very little concern to me. It ranks right about the same as "color" when picking a truck. Capability, comfort, options, price, and others tend to come way before...
