Just because the OP wants to rant about his poor experience with his Ram, you assume he's a troll?
So...let me get this straight... he joined this site 7 years ago, lurked in relative silence this whole time, waiting for just the right moment to reveal his evil plot to defame RAM's good name?!
Or maybe he had a few problems with his truck and was pissed at the dealer's response and posted on a few websites to vent, doesn't that sound a bit more logical?
I know when my CPS crapped out on my 99.5 F350 I raised hell not only on a few websites, but with the NTHSB. When your truck dies at 65 mph while towing, that's a safety issue. It may have only been a $10 part, but those of us that complained finally got a recall and a redesign.
I agree, all brands can and do have lemons, they are after all, complex machines made by imperfect humans.
That said, my 2015 F450 now has over 52k hard miles on it, and hasn't had a single issue or breakage. Wait, that's not true, I noticed just the other day that one of my license plate lights was burned out.
