Yes only Canada and they help build US vehicles which makes sense.Other countries did not have to accept Euro( China , they import Chevrolet and some Buick vehicles from the US, and Australia but they like the world outside NA, have accepted Euro emission standards
Many have abandoned imperial measurement for metric, as regards regulations
