In your case, vehicles over 10,000 GVWR are not required to have a TPMS system (1-ton and up). So RAM decided to just make it a "Tire Pressure Information System" (TPIS). It will never give you a warning, but it still monitors air pressure so you can check it every so often. That is on 2014 and up. For 2013, I don't know, but I know I don't have a TPMS because I don't get alerts either. I run 60/55.
I have heard of other pressures being set by the dealer, I believe there is a good post on Cumminsforum that details the exact step as most dealers don't know how to properly re-program the pressure (or it could be for tire size, I don't remember off the top of my head). But doing a search there can certainly help.
