I installed Rancho 9000's on our Dodge 3500 about 12,000 miles ago. 4000 miles hauling our single slide 9ft camper / towing, 3000 other miles towing cargo/flatbeds, and about 800 miles towing our Car...

Yep.
2 trucks 2 sets of Ranchos. Demanding offroad beach driving. No issues. I don't bother adjusting. Found the sweet spot and left it there. If it fails I get a new one per warranty. I'll deal with the seller not Rancho, I don't forsee anyissues. But they havnt failed yet.
