range hood exhaust fan?
Has any one ever found a motor replacement that is considerably quieter than the normal exhaust motor in the range hood? I cook a ton when I fish and camp and after a while that fan will drive us out...

OK, I can definitely replace the fan blade and run the PWM controller.
