Luvnevryminutofit Your rig is similar to the "toppop rails" bicycle rack, of which I own one! You will love your bikes being up front as almost all "bounce" is removed. The only difference I saw with your setup was that the "bars" seemed smaller in diameter, but if they worked on the rear of a vehicle they will be OK on the front of your TT!
