No we looked at that closely. The main frame rails are actually an I beam setup. The the 2x4 box tubing is welded to that very well. The bottom of the box tubing is saddled in the I beam main frame. We added an extra weld or 2 to them also. The 2x4 box tubing that the bumper is welded to is only about 3-4 inches off the main I beam frame. I can shoot a couple more pics tomorrow when its Light out.
