Costs of used units
Looking at 2 units: 1) 2007 Bayside w/cassette $6500.00 2) 2007 Niagara. $7000.00 Both with a/c and screen rooms. Should we offer less?

That's really good to know lasttruck. I think we are leaning towards the Bayside as it has a clear title, unlike the Niagara. I really don't want to have to deal with all that. We have the cash and I want a clear title when we buy. Been there, done that.
