Deposit down- Now I'm no sure I can tow it. manual not clear

I've decided I'm going to ask for deposit back. I'm just not comfortable living on the edge of safety.

I'm going to look at travel trailer hybrids instead to gain the extra sleeping space while keeping the weight and length down. Thank you so much to everyone who commented or helped with research. I still need to figure out this 5000b town capacity thing though. That can't be right...
