Diesel vs gas......................
OK folks, there have been a few to many diesel vs gas threads that have shall we say gone to "Hell and a hand basket"! So if all of you would put in you BEST, no flaming reasons for going gas vs diese...

Born and raised here (Fort Collins), wouldn't even think of moving anywhere else! Well, maybe to our property in the Black Hills. But that is being saved for later on in life...... :B
I could have just as easily bought a diesel just as I did the 1500HD, but like I said, just didn't have a need for it. Still don't. Just for grins, I drove through Markley Motors lot last night. The sticker price on an 06 2500HD D/A was $47,400!!! Holy cr*p!!!! I know it could be bought for less than sticker, but holy cr*p!!!
Oh well, I like my truck. I figure if the motor or trans ever lets go, I'll just replace it and keep on driving!
I'd be interested in your cost savings comparison.
