Do you use your sliding window at the front of your camper?

For those that use it all the time, what (if anything) do you do for a screen? I've wanted to use it plenty of times, but keeping bugs out was more of a priority. Mine seems like an odd ball size, so haven't tried too hard to find a screen for it.
