How Do I Know if My GM Hitch was recalled?
I have a 2004 ,Chevrolet 2500HD. With the other thread regarding a previous recall of some hitches, it has me worried. How do I know if my hitch is a bad one? Bruce

For any recall info, the quickest and easiest(but certainly not the only)method is to call the dealer and ask if there are any outstanding recalls. You might get some other hit than your hitch, but it would be worth the peace of mind.
