How has having the genny on the front of your TV been working for you?
I wanted to mount on the back of the TT, but everyone said it's a lightweight frame and a) void warranty and b) possibly bend frame. Once warranty is up next year I'll have a shop reinforce the frame and build a receiver back there. Maybe even strong enough to put my sportbike on, we'll see what the fabricator says about weight.
It works fine up front. I'm 160lbs and another guy 230lbs got on the empty cargo rack together and bounced up and down and it held solid. Although it's a bit concerning having a fuel jug on the front, maybe next time I'll put that somewhere else - worried a random cigarette flick might explode. But it has the added benefit of folks not cutting you off as much in traffic when they see that get up on the front lol. It certainly gets some head turning but highway patrol just passes by, unconcerned.
