I had not seen the 23rbhl, it is very very nice. It is now on the Tier 2 list. The downside is Century RV is the dealer here, they seem to have a much worse reputation than even Camping World!
We bought our Keystone Cougar 26SABWE from Century RV and had a really good experience. I met with the sales manager in their new location in Lakewood where I bought the TT and had the same concerns as you. He assured me that they would take good care of me and when I went to pick it up in Longmont they treated me and my DW very well.
I read all their reviews and brought them up and they assured me I wouldn't have any issues with their sales or service. I guess time will tell.
