I have a Norcold and my trailer is at the dealership getting the cooling unit replaced right now. Fridge worked on the first camping trip but not the second. Our trailer is a 2018 but we've only had it about 3 months. Bought it brand new as a left over so yes new fridges do break down.

Thank you for the info. I will check this out this evening and see what I can find. I don't know if it's just me being impatient but the more I read up about this the more it seems like it happens quite often.
