I have bought a new windjammer the last 2 year both with suburban ranges in them an had problems with the oven staying lit is this a normal problem with this range

I've had two different suburban oven's and never had a problem with them not staying lit. I would call suburban and they may tell ya how to clean it out and fix the problem.
