My fifth wheel gets it to. Nothing alarming, but I can feel it when a semi passes me. As others have said, as long as it is doing it as a whole, it is simple physics. Now come to think of it, I have not had it with my dually. Maybe look at your tires also. Go to heavier sidewall.
