The front cap in your Cherokee (looking at the pix on FR's site) appear to be fiberglass, and the rear looks to be aluminum. Is this the case? Both the front and rear are aluminum on mine. Maybe the curved aluminum disrupts the signal sufficiently to create a poor experience.
