I have no idea how it got stuck. I was about half way out from underneath it when I felt it get hung up and start to drag. I replace the jacks but then I discovered the slide didn't work properly. I've called the insurance company but there are no dealers anywhere near FL. I called the company and they said nothing is wrong with it and I should just use the jacks unevenly until it wracked the frame enough for the slide to move. (I would NEVER buy an AF product again, their support is useless. Not just in this instance but many other things that have gone wrong in the past 18 months.)
