(I would NEVER buy an AF product again, their support is useless. Not just in this instance but many other things that have gone wrong in the past 18 months.)
That is not good. Can you elaborate on the many things that went wrong in the last 18 months? This is totally inconsistent with most Arctic Fox owners experiences.
