I'd like to know more too on your last 18 months of issues. Northwood is not known to to drop the ball on issues with their products. It is odd that you have owned TC's for 12 years and this happened. Not placing the blame on you but are you saying that it is Northwood's problem? Just saying, we all make mistakes but it is not a manufacturing issue you are having, it is user based. I would not expect much support from the factory is I messed up my TC....
