Off the top of my head, maybe someone is messing with you. Under your unit you will find 2-4 white hoses with caps. These are for draining the unit after each camp, or for winterizing. If someone removed the caps on you, you wouldn't get any water pressure inside. You would however have a large puddle under your unit when you turn on the city connection. Also, maybe you have a shutoff valve in your unit that you may have accidentally turned off. Good Luck.
