I agree and I don't think Ford gets flamed on this forum unless you are talking about the 6.0 engine. I think most agree that the rest of the truck is fine.

I couldn't afford a new truck so I bought my current one used due to the fact that my brother works at a Chevy dealer and I can get good deals on parts and service.

I think all the big 3 are good, but I think Dodge shot themselves in the foot until recently by not having a true crew cab. The quad cab was not big enough for my family or I would have gladly purchased a used 03-09 3/4 ton Cummins rig. (IMHO, The Megacab are too few and people ask too much for them.)

When it comes to my next one, I'll look at all available options and buy the one that suits me and my family the best. No blind...I mean brand loyalty here ;).
