I have a 2012 SunnyBrook Sunset Creek brochure which lists the 298 BH (no S but the floor plan has a large slide that contains the sofa & dinette) with a dry hitch weight of 902 w/o options, dry gross weight 6615 lbs w/o options and GVWR of 10,000 lbs. I'd use the 10,000 number and figure actual hitch weight to be about 1,300 lbs (13% of gross weight). Hitch height is listed at 21-1/2". Send me a private message if you want more from the brochure.
