Rear bike rack setup.....

FYI, consider the position of the spare tire. Keystone put it there because of the back storage door. We never moved it. It worked perfect for us this way.
If that rack is just bolted to the bumper which is made of metal about 1/16" thick I'm surprised it last 1 trip.
