Recall on the Keystone 31BHPR - Air conditioner control.

I was notified recently about a recall related to a fire hazard on certain Bullet and Passport trailers. Has anyone gotten this issue fixed yet? Any idea how the fix is done. They say it is labor only...

Friend of mine has a Passport, problem with the fridge (under warranty) but then the dealer found this exact a/c wire thing. Fixed it...but charged $ as that was not under warranty (trailer is 2 years old). Now...with the recall, he is going back for a refund.

Hope he gets it.
